How To Register
While it’s not mandatory to register with us before completing your shopping, we encourage you to register with us for a seamless shopping experience now and during consequent episodes. With an account on our website, you can track your order, save products to your Wishlist and cart for later checkout, enjoy faster checking out, and receive personalized discounts based on your shopping history.
To register, simply head over to My Accounts page and click sign up or register. Provide the required details and check your email to verify your account after registering. Your details are kept safe and only used to reach you, share promotional items that may interest you as well as process all your orders and billing.
Product Warranty
All our products are covered by either manufacturer’s warranty or Netways warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty runs till the stipulated time. Our internal warranty covers items where the manufacturer’s warranty has been voided for some reason and also on specific items sold in our shop. Our warranty lasts 6 months.
Returns Policy
Should you purchase an item from our online and shop and realize it’s not to your satisfaction or is damaged, please notify us either through our customer service line, +254 728 516452 or via email at sales@netways.co.ke within 24 hours. Returns are only accepted if the item is in the state it left the shop.
How To Shop Online
Shopping online on our store is a simple 3 step process. Find the item(s), load into your cart and checkout. Checking out involves filling the relevant information requested, choosing your payment method and initiating the payment.
For Mpesa payments, simply enter your Mpesa registered phone number and enter your pin when prompted.
How To Track Your Order
To find out what stage your order is, please use the Track My Order page and provide the details requested.
Delivery Schedule
Our online orders are fulfilled within 2 hours of purchase provided the order has been placed within our working hours (9am-6pm). All orders placed beyond 6pm are fulfilled the following day.
The 2hours timeline are for orders within Nairobi and its environs. All orders outside Nairobi are fulfilled within 24hours. We use your preferred courier service for delivery outside Nairobi. For help, call +254 728 516452.
